Tobin's Spirit Guide

For the sake of anonymity, I go by BigKilla (an old internet gaming handle). I've always been interested in the occult and the paranormal. This is the appendix to my guide to the same, named after the fictional book from the movie Ghostbusters. Here I'll collect news and information about the unexplainable and forgotten.

If you would like to contact me, to trade links or send me leads, I'd be happy to hear from you.

I can be reached at: bigkilla@analogmedium.com

If I have posted something that belongs to you and you would like me to take it down, I will be happy to do so.

A team of researchers in the US has discovered traces of a medicinal alcoholic drink in bottles that are more than 5,000 years old. The scientists extracted wine compounds and plant-derived ingredients from a jar taken from the tomb of one of the first pharaohs of Egypt, Scorpion I. This is the earliest sample of a human-made medicine. (via BBC NEWS | Science & Environment | Ancient medicines were alcoholic)
